Growing up on Île Perrot, Valérie spent much of her early school years in the Vaudreuil region practicing competitive gymnastics, then sharing her passion as a coach.Considered the “all-round sportswoman” by those around her, she’s interested in all kinds of physical activities, and has taken up running, Ultimate Frisbee, climbing, weightlifting and yoga herself, to name but a few.

Since completing her university studies in Montreal, Valérie has dreamed of working as part of an interdisciplinary team, where various professions work towards a common goal: the health of the community and the individual.

So it’s with great enthusiasm that she joins the ABC Clinique Santé family in April 2019.
