Treatment of spinal injuries with or without neurological symptoms

Spine pain can include neck pain, upper and lower back pain which may or may not be associated by pain in the limbs (arm or leg).
Which spine disorders can be treated in physiotherapy?
- Herniated disc, disc bulging, degenerative disc disease
- Foraminal stenosis
- Osteoarthritis in the spine
- Radiculopathy (sciatica, cervicobrachial neuralgia)

Treatment:
Depending on your physical condition, we can use different techniques, such as manual therapy, exercises, thermotherapy (heat/ice), etc.

Spinal decompression: it provides static, intermittent and cyclic distracting force to relieve pressure on structures that may be causing low back pain, neck pain or sciatica.

- 30 minutes of physiotherapy treatment (including 15 minutes of heat application)
- 30 minutes of spinal decompression
- 15 minutes of ice application
