Ashleigh grew up in Saint-Lazare, where she led an active lifestyle from a young age. She was involved in sports, both recreationally and scholarly, however her main focuses were figure skating and soccer. She loves to pass on her passion of sports as a professional figure skating coach and also volunteers her time to the local club.
On her free time Ashleigh likes to be surrounded by family and friends. She continues to be involved in sports and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.
Ashleigh completed her education at Concordia University in the Clinical Exercise Physiology specialization. She has experience working with people who have chronic conditions as well as the general population. She strongly believes in the “patient centered approach” in which a team of professionals work together with the goal of optimizing the individual’s capacity.
