Marie-Hélène Nadeau’s journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her deep desire to help others and her love for biology. Her growing interest in women’s health led her to pursue further studies, earning a graduate-level certificate in pelvic floor and perineal rehabilitation from the University of Montreal.
She has a particular interest in persistent pain and motor control. Marie-Hélène is passionate about understanding how people use their muscles in daily life and how those movement patterns might relate to pain or injury. This knowledge allows her to offer targeted, personalized care.
