Our physiotherapists can treat anyone who suffers from respiratory, musculoskeletal, perineal and/or neurological conditions.

During the initial assessment, the physiotherapist will do a complete examination related to the reason for consultation. This can include posture, mobility, strength, endurance, palpation, breathing, motor control, to name a few.

Afterwards, you will receive a report of findings to establish a treatment plan. Treatment modalities include manual techniques, taping, exercises such as strengthening, and stretching. We make sure the treatment plan is tailored to your needs and abilities. The frequency of care will vary, of course, according to each individual’s needs.

We may help those with an acute injury or persistent pain or problem. A medical prescription is not required to consult physiotherapy.
