Cindy holds a master’s degree in physiotherapy from McGill University and has been a member in good standing of the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) since 2016. She specializes in musculoskeletal injuries and offers a personalized and collaborative treatment approach. She focuses her practice on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education that encourages self-management of health.
During her practice, Cindy developed an interest in pelvic health, which led her to complete the pelvic perineal rehabilitation microprogram at the University of Montreal. She works with pregnant women to help them manage pregnancy symptoms such as back/pelvic pain and urinary incontinence. She also helps postpartum women regain their quality of life and return to sports activities. Cindy also manages other pelvic floor muscle dysfunctions, such as pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction in women and men.
In addition, Cindy is passionate about working with patients with Parkinson’s disease to improve their functional abilities. She is one of the few clinicians in Quebec certified in LSVT BIG®.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys staying in shape with HIIT workouts and yoga. She also enjoys baking.
