Adèle Payette

Adèle, a physiotherapist graduating from the Université de Montréal in 2021, is passionate about orthopedic and pediatric physiotherapy. With many years of involvement in teaching sports such as skiing, kayaking and swimming, Adèle excels at motivating children to develop their full potential. Her passion for outdoor sports – including downhill skiing, mountain biking and rafting – illustrates her energy and dynamism. Dedicated to her patients, she works with commitment to help them achieve their personal goals and return to an active lifestyle.
