Lucas Trapeau

A former elite runner, Lucas competed for several years at the collegiate and national levels. A passionate enthusiast of endurance sports, he has a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of performance, which informs his approach to athletes and active individuals of all ages. His interest in biomechanics, injury prevention, and human performance drives him to constantly refine his clinical tools.

A passionate and dedicated physical therapist, Lucas Trapeau holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Ottawa. Eager to deepen his knowledge and optimize the care he provides to his patients, he completed a clinical doctorate in physical therapy in the United States in 2024.

Lucas stands out for his patient-centered approach, where the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the healing process. He firmly believes that a bond of trust and attentive listening are essential for lasting results. He combines advanced manual therapy with personalized exercises to help people regain their functional independence and quality of life. He is also trained in dry needling.

Lucas sees himself as an ally to his patients.
