Massage workshop for babies and children under 4 years old

Massage workshop for babies and children aged 4 and under

This private massage workshop is designed for one parent accompanied by their baby or child aged 4 and under.

Massage for parents and children

The workshop begins with a massage for the parent, allowing them to relax and unwind. The other parent can then recreate this massage at home, helping make relaxation a family activity. Meanwhile, the child has an opportunity to become familiar with the space and feel comfortable in the environment.

Learning massage techniques for children

Once the parent is relaxed, they will learn how to massage their child using the first nine massage techniques. This learning experience takes place in a calm, relaxing atmosphere and gives parents an opportunity to strengthen their bond with their child through touch. A reference guide is provided at the end of the workshop to help parents practise the techniques at home.

Two sessions for a complete learning experience

The workshop is divided into two sessions, allowing parents to practise the first set of techniques at home between appointments. During the second session, the techniques are reviewed before parents learn the remaining nine techniques, for a total of 18 massage techniques.
