Who would have thought, one day, to miss the salad? With the shortage of lettuce, and the exorbitant prices of a head of Iceberg, it can be difficult to fill half your plate with vegetables. Here is an alternative, just as green and leafy, but with a little crunch that will save your quick dinners: kale chips!
Tip: buy the already cut and washed kale for even faster preparation.
Recipe:
1. Cut the washed kale into bite-size pieces of the desired size
2. Spread the kale on a baking sheet
3. Cover with oil and spices of your choice
4. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until kale is crispy
