A qualified physiotherapist since 2001, Lorena Bello is driven by a deep passion for movement and the intelligence of the human body.
Specializing in Global Postural Rehabilitation (GPR) using Philippe Souchard’s method, she has also undergone advanced training in the treatment of cervical disorders, an area in which she is developing particular expertise. She is interested in the links between posture, breathing, chronic pain and functional recovery.
A lover of movement, she has been a regular runner, a yoga practitioner for over 20 years and a strength trainer in the gym – a personal experience that enriches her understanding of the body in action and reinforces her precise, gentle and individualized clinical approach.
Lorena also has extensive training in vascular physiotherapy, particularly in the management of lymphedema using Combined Decongestive Therapy. Although she does not yet offer this service at the clinic, she plans to integrate it into her practice in the near future.
Now working in a private clinic in Quebec, Lorena provides her patients with compassionate and rigorous care, focusing on pain relief and lasting improvements in posture, mobility and quality of life.
