Passionate about movement, sport and, above all, people’s well-being, Elena chose physiotherapy as a natural choice to help people achieve a more active, comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle.

Today, she continues to nurture this passion through yoga, dek field hockey, indoor training, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing and, above all, the precious moments she spends with her family and friends.
Graduating from Cégep de Montmorency’s physiotherapy program in 2023, she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s-master’s degree in physiotherapy at Université de Montréal. Having also worked in hospitals, she has developed a global vision of rehabilitation, in which each player plays a key role.
Her humane, personalized approach aims to make each patient a player in his or her own recovery. She values close collaboration between the patient and the care team, respecting each person’s pace, abilities and objectives. Behind every pain, she sees a potential for renewal.
