Passionate about sports from a young age, it was only natural for Ariane to pursue a career in physical therapy. A physical therapy technologist since 2025, she has been working in the healthcare field for four years now, both in the public sector and as a sports first responder. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Sherbrooke.
Ariane has had the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from seniors to young adults, which has allowed her to develop an approach tailored to each individual’s needs. She particularly enjoys understanding how the human body works and finding practical ways to help people move better and regain their abilities.
Very active in her daily life, she regularly runs, swims, cycles, and does strength training. Her interest in sports is reflected in both her personal life and her professional practice. She is currently preparing to take on a new challenge: her first 70.3 triathlon next year!
