Since 2021, I have been supporting my patients as a massage therapist, using an approach that is both gentle and therapeutic. Trained in Swedish relaxation and therapeutic massage/physiotherapy, I use my expertise to meet the needs of my patients.
I place great importance on listening to the body and the patient’s signals, at the muscular and joint level.
As a massage therapist specializing in physiotherapy, my goal is to offer support that promotes deep relaxation of the nervous system and helps reduce the effects of stress. I pay particular attention to imbalances and postural defects in order to support better mobility, greater range of motion, and lasting overall well-being.
