A certified physical therapist since 2001, Lorena Bello is driven by a deep passion for movement and the intelligence of the human body.
Specializing in Global Postural Re-education (RPG), she has also completed advanced training in the treatment of cervical disorders, an area in which she has developed particular expertise. She is interested in the links between posture, breathing, chronic pain, and functional recovery.
A lover of movement, she runs regularly, has practiced yoga for over 20 years, and does weight training at the gym—personal experiences that enrich her understanding of the body in action and reinforce her clinical approach, which is precise, gentle, and individualized.
