Passionate about food and health, Jasmine completed an honours degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Ottawa, her native region. Her keen interest in sports nutrition was developed through nearly 10 years of competitive badminton, then deepened through various experiences in research, internships, consulting and conferences.
Jasmine distinguishes herself by her human, educational and listening approach. She firmly believes that lasting dietary change requires understanding, kindness and respect for individual rhythms. She takes pleasure in popularizing information, deconstructing dietary myths and offering concrete tools adapted to her patients’ reality.
In her practice, Jasmine offers personalized support to people of all ages, from children to adults. She supports her patients in such diverse endeavors as improving digestive comfort, optimizing blood tests (cholesterol, glycemia, etc.), developing a more positive and balanced relationship with food, adjusting diet to support energy, recovery and physical performance, or acquiring healthy daily habits. Whatever the goal, she focuses on progress rather than perfection.
Always driven by her passion for education, Jasmine also creates online courses (notably on anti-inflammatory nutrition and preconception nutrition) and lectures on various subjects (sports nutrition, fibromyalgia, energy at work, etc.). She also shares her expertise as a professor in the Nutrition Management program at Collège La Cité.
