Born in Rimouski, Hélène holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (minor in Social Work) and a professional diploma from TRA, Therapist in Helping Relationship MD. Her professional background has allowed her to address issues and diverse clienteles: people with disabilities, women, early childhood, the union and management world, immigration, school dropout, homelessness, social economy and five-year planning for the sector of health and social services. Since 2017, as a TRA MD, she now uses her expertise to offer individual therapies for adults.
“Becoming the best version of yourself” is my ideal, my motto. Ideal that I transpose to my clients in my professional practice. Excellent listening, deep respect, authentic relationship, welcome without taboos or prejudices, climate of trust, this is what I invite you to do in my company.
Psychology, philosophy, spirituality, sociology, international development are just some of the passions through which I aspire to achieve my ideal. As much as by reading, writing, cinema, travel, cycling, swimming, hiking and “the art of doing nothing” in which my hammock is a favorite.
