Originally from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Bénédicte moved to Sherbrooke to pursue her studies in physical therapy at the University of Sherbrooke, where she earned her degree. Since then, she has chosen to remain in the region to build her professional practice.
She has a strong interest in pediatrics and neurology, particularly in working with pediatric patients experiencing developmental delays, torticollis, and various musculoskeletal issues.
She also works in the public healthcare system at the CIUSSS de l’Estrie CHUS, primarily with geriatric patients.
Passionate about movement and physical activity, she has an interest in running and training. A former athlete, she has competed in the Canadian Rugby Championships and has also played soccer, flag football, and track and field. Her athletic experience now contributes to her understanding of the needs related to injury prevention and return to activity.
