At ABC Clinique Santé, we believe that eating well should not be complicated.
Our group nutrition workshops, led by Jasmine, a registered dietitian, provide you with practical tools to simplify your meals and build long-lasting habits.
These workshops are designed for adults who want to improve their eating habits, save time in their daily routine, and rediscover the pleasure of cooking and eating—without the rigidity of restrictive diets.
An Accessible and Flexible Format
The workshops are offered online and combine self-paced learning with live interactive sessions.

Workshop 1 (self-paced): Available upon registration (45 to 60 minutes), to complete at your own pace.

Workshop 2 (live): September 17 at 6 p.m. (60 minutes).

Workshop 3 (live): October 1 at 6 p.m. (60 minutes).

Jasmine is a registered dietitian and a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec. She supports her clients with an approach focused on motivational interviewing and the development of realistic, sustainable habits.
Her goal is not to prescribe temporary diets, but to help you build a healthy relationship with food through simple, practical, and lasting strategies.
