Elizabeth is passionate about alternative medicine. Today, she is a massage therapy practitioner, drawing her inspiration from her training as a yoga teacher and doula. Starting out in the Montreal area, she has now been practicing manual therapy for seven years, and has been immersed in the world of perinatal care for five years.
Working in the health field for many years, her therapeutic approach involves releasing tension to bring a sense of well-being to her clients. She is renowned for her gentle yet effective massages. Taming areas of discomfort is one of her strengths.
Elizabeth is particularly interested in the world of perinatal care, specializing in prenatal movement, birth preparation, breastfeeding support, newborn development and early childhood. She would be delighted to meet with you to help you with your individual and family needs.
Elizabeth is currently pursuing her studies in perinatal and family naturopathy.
