Having grown up on Île Perrot, Valérie spent much of her early school years in the Vaudreuil region practicing competitive gymnastics, then sharing her passion as a coach.Considered a “versatile athlete” by those around her, she is interested in all physical activities and has taken up running, Ultimate Frisbee, rock climbing, weightlifting, and yoga, to name a few. Since completing her university studies in Montreal, Valérie has dreamed of working in an interdisciplinary team where various professions come together toward a common goal: the health of the community and the individual.
