It saddens me to hear people say, &#8220;It&#8217;s not easy working with women&#8221; or &#8220;A female-dominated environment is so challenging.&#8221; Let&#8217;s break the taboo! It is up to us to make a change.<\/p>\n<p>Often, among women, we compare ourselves, we diminish our own worth, and we rally against each other. We may even criticize a colleague, a family member, or a friend.<\/p>\n<p>Behind these criticisms and judgments, there is a woman who doesn&#8217;t appreciate herself at her true value. In such cases, it becomes difficult to value others.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to remember that it takes seven affirmations to counteract one criticism. So, on this Women&#8217;s Day, I invite you to honor the women around you, to acknowledge them for their beauty, their entirety, and their uniqueness.
